We specialize in project management and program management with subspecialties in project controls, project scheduling, risk management, and claims avoidance, just to name a few! We are recognized for our leadership and subject matter expertise across a variety of industries.

At PMA Technologies (a subsidiary of PMA Consultants - an ENR top 40 PM firm), we develop cutting-edge project management software products. You will be joining a small team of self-organizing designers, product managers, and engineers to develop commercial software applications with many innovative features/algorithms.


  • Identify and select optimal tools for the job
  • Architect, design, implement, test, and debug commercial product features
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers in a small and independent/self-organizing team
  • Deliver reliable results, and be a champion of your own work and the overall product quality, performance, and success

Must haves

  • 5 or more years writing code on a professional software development team
  • 2-3 years writing C++, MFC, and XML for commercial, interactive/GUI-based applications
  • Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
  • Proficiency with version control
  • Proficiency with automated testing
  • Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, statistics, engineering, math, or related field
  • Be detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, have a positive attitude, and be motivated to learn


  • Programming for Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel)
  • Knowledge of project planning/scheduling processes/tools (e.g. Microsoft Project)
  • Experience with client/server, database, API, and web development
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

 Bonus points for

  • Experience with WebAssembly
  • Experience with WebSockets
  • Experience working in project management or the construction industry
  • Graduate degree in computer science, statistics, engineering, math, or related field
